Maternity photography is for anyone who is expecting a baby, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, relationship status, or family structure. While these photos are meant to celebrate welcoming new life, our priority is celebrating and empowering any pregnant people. These sessions are for people who want a more tailored, custom and unique photography experience that what they have generally seen offered for pregnant people.

This is a very valid concern and exactly why I love photographing these sessions. When your body starts to change, and often feel less like your own, it can feel difficult to want to be photographed. Through our consults and learning your vision, we will create an empowering and comfortable experience that showcases your journey through pregnancy. As always, your comfort and consent are top priorities during our session.

There is no right answer other than wearing what empowers you and feels good to you. Styling will be a big point of conversation for us and I will send you a mood board and general outfit ideas after getting an idea of your style.

My style of maternity photos focus on celebrating the pregnant person. While I do not photography children, please contact me about including your pet or spouse and we can see if my style can accommodate your vision.

I offer both indoor and outdoor sessions to accommodate your preferences and vision for your maternity photos. During our initial planning call, we will talk about what kind of setting would be best to tell your pregnancy story. 

It's never too early to book your maternity session-although later in your pregnancy is best for being photographed. Everyone begins to “show” at different rates, but most people book in their last trimester around 30-33 weeks.

Boudoir photography is for anyone who wants to celebrate themselves, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, body type, or relationship status. It's about embracing the body that has held you through all your moments in life, a love letter to yourself.

Absolutely! We believe that every person deserves to feel confident and empowered, regardless of societal norms or standards. Our photographers are experienced in working with clients of all backgrounds and identities, and we strive to create a safe and welcoming space for everyone.

Absolutely. It's completely normal to feel nervous or self-conscious before a boudoir photo shoot. You’ll come into a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, and we'll work with you to ensure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Your comfort and consent are always our top priorities. Lingerie isn’t necessary either, we can chat about adaptations to wardrobe that suit your comfort level.

Everyone’s style and comfort level is so uniquely themselves, so I do not offer a client closet. However, wear whatever makes you feel beautiful and empowered! Whether it's lingerie, a cozy sweater, a favorite shirt, or even nothing at all, the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and confident. On our call, Ill get to know your vision best and Ill offer guidance and suggestions based on your personal style and preferences, including a wishlist of potential items that might be a great fit. 

Absolutely not! Boudoir photography is for every body. We celebrate diversity and believe that every body is beautiful. I’m experienced in working with clients of all shapes, sizes, and abilities, and we'll work with you to highlight your unique beauty and features. A lot of people put off booking boudoir sessions with the goal of waiting til their body is “perfect”, and I can assure you, no matter what body you show up in, that body is so worthy of being photographed and celebrated. 

We primarily offer indoor boudoir sessions in a private studio setting, where you'll have complete privacy and comfort. However, we're open to discussing outdoor sessions if that's something you're interested in. Just let us know your preferences, and we'll work with you to create the perfect setting for your photos.
